1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

a. We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options, based on your location and the product's availability.

b. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

2. Order Processing:

a. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Orders palced on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working days. 

b. Order processing times may be subject to change during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Order delivery time: 

a. Bihar and Jharkhand, 3 working days.
b. Adjacent states to Bihar,  4-5 working days
c. Rest of India (excluded Jammu and Kashmir & North Eastern states), 7 working days 
d. Jammu and Kashmir and North Eastern States, 7-9 days.

4. Shipping Fees:

a. Shipping is free all over india.

5. Tracking and Notifications:

a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package.

b. You can also log in to your account to view the status of your order and track its shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

a. We currently offer shipping within India.

7. Address Accuracy:

a. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

a. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Customs and Duties:

a. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages:

a. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and initiate a claim if necessary.
